Project Manager (FTC) - Bath

Element Recruitment are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a fantastic business based in Bath, on a 7 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and on time.

Duties:
- Manage and lead project teams from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand project needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure projects align with company objectives and systems

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the consumer goods space
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
