Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a manufacturing company in Bristol to help them find a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager. You’ll be super organised, can spin lots of plates at once, have exceptional attention to detail, not afraid to chase people to get the information you need, have worked in projects before and have strong commercial judgement.

The company has growth plans so its an exciting time to join. You will also want to help grow the company and at the same time grow with it. 

Paying £32,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Full time, working 35 hours per week

Duties include:

• Maintain project documentation and update trackers with project progress
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Discuss and agree manufacturing schedules with managers
• Manage customer expectations of dates and deliveries
• Review customer purchase orders, and issue purchase orders
• Proactively manage the full lifecycle of the project from quote to completion.
• Resolve issues as necessary.

You will need:

• Project experience within manufacturing / engineering / aerosapce / FMCG / construction (desirable)
• Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a projects role
• Proactive, conscientious & diligent
• Demonstrable experience of problem solving
• Contractually aware
• Strong commercial judgement
