I am currently recruiting for a new thriving business which is an online platform within the healthcare sector. They are changing the way the sector is currently designed with new digital tools and technologies in everyday life. The company and their back story is very interesting and comes from a gap in the market.

The candidate will be encouraged to experiment, measure and iterate, running tests and trying new ideas to get our clients the best results you can. You will be heavily involved in the ongoing tactical and strategic development of their products, including support of our global client base. You will specialise in Search & Discoverability and be engaged with the strategy and development work on a number of our different products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experiment and measure: Think creatively about how we can improve the search experience for our users, rapidly testing your hypotheses before rolling out improvements to our global audience.
• Customer centric decisions: Work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Data driven decisions: Gather and use data and insight to drive strategic decision-making and development of requirements to improve search quality.
• Visionary: Work with the Global Product Team to develop and advance the product strategy, as a champion and thought leader for their products.
• Collaborative: Champion your product’s vision, actively collaborating with the wider business to ensure outstanding value is delivered.
• End-to-end ownership: Manage the product development process from ideation & research through to launch, as well as collaborating and leading cross-functional teams.
