Product Compliance Manager - Bath

Element Recruitment are looking for a Product Compliance Manager to join a creative business based in Bath on a 12 month FTC. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring product compliance, safety, and quality across a range of products.

Job requirements:

• Advise on safety issues and ensure products meet international and customer-specific compliance standards
• Manage risk assessments, labelling, and factory audits for product development
• Support sales teams by providing compliance evidence and fostering key relationships
• Keep up-to-date with international legislation and implement relevant changes
• Work alongside factories to support sustainability claims and social governance standards
• Manage testing processes, review documentation, and oversee third-party inspections

This role is based in Central Bath, with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a salary of £35,000 - £38,000.
