The Role:
- Wills, Probate, estate administration, tax planning, LPAs and Trusts.
- Keeping up to date with any changes in the law.
- Providing updated training for all fee earners when needed.
- Some management and supervision of support services.
- Marketing and business development activities.
- Compliance with SAR, SRA code of Conduct and Lexcel rules and requirements.
The Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor or FCILEx with Private client experience (2-4 years' PQE minimum).
- STEP or SFE qualification (desirable).
- Experience of trust creation and administration, and Court of Protection work
- Excellent people management, communication, written and presentations skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently within a fast paced environment.
- Effective networking ability.
