Personal Assistant (12 month FTC) - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are currently looking for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join a professional services firm based in central Bristol. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you will be giving proactive adminstion support to the Head of Department and the wider management team. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide proactive and professional PA support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, arranging international travel, and coordinating events.
  • Assist with billing, financial reporting, and managing client relationships with discretion and accuracy.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage complex document formatting.
  • Support team initiatives, coordinate internal and external communications and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates will have significant previous PA experience, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive, flexible approach. Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

This role is paying £32,000 with hybrid working in Central Bristol plus a fantastic benefits package.
