People Development Advisor - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment have partnered with an established professional services firm in Bristol who are looking for a Permanent People Development Advisor to join their wider People team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people development and training, who also has knowledge of employment law and is able to work in a HR generalist capacity. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage apprenticeship and trainee programmes, including liaising with training providers and supporting induction processes.
• Advise on routes to qualification and career progressions within the legal sector.
• Source and facilitate external training sessions, creating engaging digital content.
• Support performance management and capability cases, delivering relevant training and support.
• Contribute to projects alongside the L&D and ER teams, maintaining a focus on employee experience.
• Provide guidance on employment law and ER matters, fostering positive employee relations.

About you:

• Experience of managing ER cases and working knowledge of employment law
• Experience or interest in L&D and apprenticeships
• Detailed understanding of the employee life cycle and employee experience

This role offers hibrid working from the central Bristol office, competitive benefits and a salary of £34,000 per annum.
