People Business Partner - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are pleased to partner with a leading Professional Services business in Bristol who are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their established and collaborative HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role you will:

• Partner with key divisions to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support managers in employee relations, HR advice, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and staff
• Contribute to a positive employee experience and cultural change projects

The role offers flexible hybrid working, with two days in the Central Bristol office, with a £36,000 per annum salary along with fantastic benefit including:
