Peope Operations Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are working with a leading Professional Services firm based in Bath who are looking for a HR Manager to join them on a Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the HR function, whilst working on a number of HR projects including the annual review and salary benchmarking process.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supervising all HR administration day-to-day tasks and processes
• Collaborating effectively with the wider HR team and Business Services
• Reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation
• Ensuring HR Operational Systems meet business needs
• Supporting and developing the HR team
• Acting as a key point of contact for relevant Business Unit/Service Teams
• Supporting the Director of HR with projects to deliver the HR strategy

Qualifications:

• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
• Experience of working in a professional services or similar background
• Proficient in HR Systems with the ability to produce and analyse data
• Experience of leading HR projects
• Able to provide pragmatic and commercial HR advice

This role is paying £50 - £60k, with hybrid working and is a maternity cover for 8 months.
