We are working with a well-established organisation based in Devizes who are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who’s looking to join a stable, reputable company where accuracy, teamwork, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
  • Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee details
  • Calculating statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Handling payroll queries and providing excellent employee support
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Assisting with pension administration and related reporting

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration (essential)
  • Good understanding of current payroll legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Confident using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
