Part-time Team Administrator - Bristol

Element Recruitment are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Team Administrator to join a public sector organisation in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Personal Assistant, looking for part-time hours within a friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as well as PA duties to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage diaries for the CEO Team.
  • Organise and administer Board, Committee, and CEO Team meetings.
  • Collate and distribute meeting papers, liaise with Trustees, and arrange interim meetings.
  • Oversee photocopier leases, mobile phone requirements, confidential waste collections, and stationery stocks.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, filing systems, and maintenance of inventory.
  • Type notes, letters, minutes of meetings, and other documents as directed.

About you:

  • Significant administrative work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Happy to work in a varied, fast paced role 
  • Experience with managing multiple diaries 

This role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week with a flexible working pattern to suit and a full time salary of £26,000. There is free, on-site parking and a competitive benefits package including gym membership!
