Element recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company based in Swindon, who are looking for a Part-time Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally work 5 days a week, with flexible hours.

Salary £24,000 (FTE)

21 hours across 5 days

Responsibilities:

- General administration duties, to include assisting with file management and finance related tasks.

- Competent typing skills, including audio transcription of letters and attendance notes

- Proficient in accurate data entry.

- Competent and confident communication/telephone manner. Handling of volume work, ability to assess and prioritise, proactive and inquisitive.

 

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years working in an administrative role, ideally in a professional services setting

- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in a fast paced environment.

- Personable, presentable, and articulate.
