Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end logistics operations across multiple accounts
  • Process import and export bookings
  • Manage shipments from order creation through to final delivery
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to customer and stakeholder queries
  • Provide shipment updates to customers, shippers, and logistics providers
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate processing
  • Raise bookings accurately and within required timelines
  • Liaise with logistics service providers to resolve operational issues
