Operations Administrator - Bristol

£22,000 - £25,000 - Administration & Business Support

Are you experienced in Customer Service / Administration or Coordination?  

Element Recruitment are partnership with a global company based in Aztec West. You'll join the team, and work in a busy role working with customers on an end to end basis via email, liaise with suppliers, update systems and you will need to use your own initiative, as well as working within a team. 

  • Permanent role
  • Aztec West with parking
  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week, working 8am - 4pm

You will need to share working Sundays, this may be 1 maximum 2 per month. However if you do work the Sunday, you will get the Friday off instead. 

Job Profile:

  • Receive and process Customer orders
  • Review booking for data accuracy and correct documentation 
  • Update the CRM
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Arrange collection from suppliers and deliveries to customers

You will need:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team
  • Be able to spin a lot of plates at once
