Do you have excellent customer service experience? Would you like to work for a highly successful business in Aztec West? 

Element Recruitment are partnership with a company based in Aztec West. You'll join the team, and work in a busy role working with customers on an end to end basis via email, liaise with suppliers, update systems and you will need to use your own initiative, as well as working within a team. 

A College or University leaver with excellent customer service will be consdered for this role. 

  • Working 35 hours per week
  • North Bristol with parking
  • Up to £23,000 per annum

Job Profile:

  • Receive and process Customer orders
  • Review booking for data accuracy and correct documentation 
  • Update the CRM
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Arrange collection from suppliers and deliveries to customers

You will need:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team
  • Be able to spin a lot of plates at once
