You'll act at the first point of contact for the company, support the Office Manager as well as the other teams. This will suit you if you an excellent communicator,  provactive in your approach along with exceptional attention to detail.

Duties include:

  • Administrative support to the wider team and line manager
  • Project support
  • Organising events
  • Covering reception, meeting and greeting visitors and answering the phones
  • Office comms
  • Updating the CRM

You will:

  • Be an experienced administrator
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Happy to work autonomously and within a teama
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
