Management Accountant - Gloucestershire

Element Recruitment are currently supporting a forward thinking, high growth SME business looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering the high quality financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic, data led decision making and sustainable growth. This is a hands on role designed for someone who enjoys balancing strong financial control with forward-looking commercial insight.

You will also have oversight of cash controls within the business, with a strong handle on operational cash flow, working capital management and evaluating CAPEX on project spend. You will be a key contributor towards the business continuous improvement agenda, as they continue to grow. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, with hands on experience of working within a product driven environment, ideally manufacturing, with a knowledge of costing, pricing and margin analysis. You will consider yourself to be a forward thinking individual with natural communication skills and strong experience within Microsoft Excel, to interpret and interrogate large datasets to provide key insight to the business.
