Management Accountant

Gloucester - Hybrid

£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Element are pleased to be recruiting a Management Accountant to support a clients growing finance function. This company is going through some finance transformation and an opening has arisen for an accountant to join the team, with an eventual goal of growing into a business partner.

Role & Responsibilities

Delivering management reports, assisting senior members of finance in key decision making
Assist other members of the finance team with preparation of monthly management accounts
Preparation of annual budgets, and financial forecasting
Business partner with non finance stakeholders within the company, ensuring key deliverables are met
Ad hoc support of finance projects as the company grows

Key Characteristics

Part Qualified or Newly Qualified accountant with a relevant accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Experience of working within a similar management accounting position
Able to create new financial reports
Demonstrated experience of working within a busy environment
Experience using Power BI
Good excel skillset
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
