Management Accountant - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an international business, currently going through a large scale change operation as they look to engage with a qualified management accountant to join their team.

This role will be pivotal in supporting the wider business with management reporting, analysis on costs vs budgets and forecasts and playing a key business partner role with stakeholders both in and outside of finance across the business. You will also support the wider business continuous improvement agenda, with an opportunity to get involved with projects on an ad-hoc basis, with strong opportunities for progression too.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience of business partnering relations, working with either internal stakeholders or external clients and strong experience on Microsoft Excel. You will have had exposure to either audit or production of Management Accounts and have a desire to learn and progress within an evolving business.

Paying up to £50,000 plus bonus of up to 20% - this business are working in the office 3 days per week, with parking on site.
