Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,250

Hybrid: 3 days in office 

Your responsibilities:

  • Following case progression protocols and procedures
  • Call handling
  • Collation of documentation
  • Creation of documentation
  • Billing
  • Completion of transactions
  • Archiving
  • Providing after sales assistance to our client developers

Your skills:

  • You will need to be highly organised, able to juggle priorities, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • To take pride in your work and enjoy providing first-class support.
  • A flexible 'can do' attitude.
  • IT skills including MS Office.
