Learning & Development Reporting Manager - Bristol

We are looking for a Learning & Development Reporting Manager to join a leading business based in Bristol on a permanent basis. The role involves producing learning reports and dashboards to inform and influence business decisions about capability development activities. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of learning and activity plans and calendars
  • Analysis of data and insight to produce meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Line management of Learning and Development Consultants 
  • Building internal and external strategic partnerships with key stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record of programme managing and planning learning and capability activities
  • Adept at handling large sets of data and producing impactful reports
  • Experience in working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable: Project management or planning qualifications, data analytics skills, or extensive on-job experience in these areas

This role is paying upto £65,000 per annum, hybrid working with 1 day per month in the Bristol office alongside a competitive benefits package including private healthcare.
