Learning & Development Manager - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are working with a people-centric business in Bristol who are looking for an L&D Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior managers and the People Business Partners to identify learning and training needs.
• Manage internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee apprenticeship programmes, early careers advice, and training budgets.
• Lead the L&D team and collaborate with external suppliers for seamless service delivery.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of the company’s wider vision.

About you:

• Experiencer in a strategic L&D role
• Strong relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders
• A detailed understanding of employee lifecycle processes

This role is paying £35,000 per annum, with flexible hybrid working from the Bristol office, 35 hour working week and a fantastic benefits package.
