We are working with a leading business based in Bristol who are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join their team in Bristol on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an L&D professional, with experience of partnering with key stakeholders across the business  and delivering on strategic projects. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on capability strategy and learning plan implementation
• Evaluate learning interventions and ensure alignment with business outcomes
• Continuously improve learning offer and partnering service
• Consult and influence senior stakeholders
• Network and benchmark externally and internally

Qualifications/Experience

• Expertise in strategic business partnering and performance consulting
• Experience in matrix organisations with strong communication skills
• Performance coaching and facilitation skills

This role is paying up to £60,000 with hybrid working from the Bristol office with a competitive benefits package including private medical care.
