Junior HR Business Partner - Bristol - North

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support local management with people-related decisions and organisational effectiveness.
• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with central HR functions and provide relevant HR data and insights.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in HR generalist or Advisor roles, preferably within the medical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salary - £35,000
• Office based 5 days per week. 
• Hours - 9am - 5pm
