Element Recruitment are working with a leading professional services business based in Bristol who are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. In this role you will working in partnership with the business to enable them to meet their people and strategic objectives and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop into a Business Partnering role.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor all levels of management, identifying areas for improvement and development
- Manage all training, maintain performance development plans ensuring robust succession planning
- Responsibility for the development and maintenance of the HR framework
- Participate in key HR projects and initiatives and take assigned responsibility for specific deliverables.
- Ensure all ER cases are managed within policy and the remit of wider legislation alongside the wider HR team
- Monitor, review and update all HR policies and staff handbooks
About you:
- Extensive demonstrable experience of working within a HR Generalist role
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Proactive in understanding business requirements
- Strong coaching, mentoring & relationship building skills
This role is paying £35,000 per annum, alongside flexible hybrid working in Bristol.
