Are you an organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor or Administrator, looking to move in to IT? Or perhaps more experience and looking to now move in to a role in a small and supportive team with the wider company, and a work / life balance is the most important thing to you now?

Our client is a growing business based in the heart of Bath, is seeking an IT HelpdeskAdministrator (Level 1) to support the team and the wider business. 

Paying up to £30,000 + great benefits

2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide systems and data support, including ticket management, troubleshooting, and system updates
  • Assist with data cleansing, accuracy checks, and updating SharePoint and master lists
  • Support IT projects
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and contribute to continuous improvements

About You

  • Previous experience in an IT support or administration role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Experience with a ticketing system, data input and iO would be desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, online systems, SharePoint, and data inputting required
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work within a confidential environment essential
