Element Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interim Rewards Specialist to lead the end-to-end annual salary review cycle for a global workforce of under 300 employees.
This short-term assignment will play a key role in ensuring a fair, well-governed, and timely compensation review aligned with budget and reward philosophy.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer, HR Business Partners, Finance, and the Executive Team, you will manage the full process from planning and data preparation through to analysis, executive reporting, and communication of outcomes.
Key responsibilities include preparing and validating compensation data, analysing manager salary recommendations, identifying risks and equity issues, consolidating payroll impact, preparing executive review packs, and drafting employee salary review letters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end annual salary review cycles in a global organisation.
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
- Solid understanding of compensation governance, pay equity, and global reward practices.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to provide clear strategic insight.
- Ability to manage sensitive compensation data with strict confidentiality.
