Interim Pension Transfer Specialist – 6-Month Contract (Bristol / Hybrid after training)

We’re working with a well-established pension provider undergoing an important transitional phase, and they seeking an Interim Transfer Specialist to take a leading role in the reconciliation and transfer of SIPP portfolios to new operators.

This is a hands-on, specialist role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellence for clients.

• Bristol, fully office based for the first 2 months of training, and 3 days office, 2 days home following this
• Interim – 6 months (with high potential extension)

The Role

• As a Transfer Specialist, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of SIPP transfers across multiple books of business. Your responsibilities will include:
• Reconciling client SIPP accounts to ensure complete accuracy before transfer
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders - clients, business partners, and receiving schemes
• Maintaining transparent and proactive communication throughout the transfer process
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to best practice across the function
