Interim Financial Reporting Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly successful business with a vibrant finance team in the appointment of a Financial Reporting Manager on a fixed term contract (12-14 months) to join them at an exciting period of transition.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will oversee all consolidated group financial reporting requirements, ensuring deadlines are met on time and accurately. You will also produce the interim and annual reporting and business partner with key operational stakeholders both inside and outside of finance.

The right candidate for this role will be an ACA qualified accountant with a strong technical background and people management experience. Knowledge of reporting under IFRS or within a large group will be advantageous and exposure to a large finance ERP is also preferred. You will consider yourself to be a natural communicator, who enjoys working as part of a team with a hands on, can do attitude.

This role will pay up to £70,000 plus bonus and benefits for the right candidate, operating with hybrid working in a Bristol location (2-3 days per week), easily commutable via public transport networks.
