Interim Accounts Receivable Assistant - Bristol

Are you immediately available? Are you looking for a new Accounts Receivable position to join a very successful business in North / East Bristol?

If so, then a leading business is seeking a motivated and driven Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for three months to then go permanent.

This position is office-based and has free parking on-site.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that debtors are managed in a timely and effective manner. You will be responsible for:

• The collection of debts
• Reducing bad debt levels
• Ensuring that all customer payments are received in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaising with suppliers
• Providing administrative support to the finance team.

To be successful in this role, you will have substantial experience in an Accounts Receivable Assistant role and will have a proven track record of success in customer relations. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to deal with challenging situations calmly and professionally. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
