Interim Accounts Payable Manager - Bath

Fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation in Bath is seeking an Interim Accounts Payable Manager initially on a 3 - 6 month basis. The company is going through significant growth, and with that there is a possibility of a permanent position. 

Managing the accounts payable function, responsibilities will include:

• Process improvement of the procurement to payment process 
• Accountable for the team SLAs with business and third parties
• Team leadership of the accounts payable function
• Process improvement of the function
• Accountable for integration of acquisitions relating to the transactional finance activity
• Managing performance by setting targets/KPIs and allocating tasks
• Reporting out on the team productivity metrics and backlog tracking

Your Profile:

• Experience in management of accounts payable in a large organisation
• Leadership skills
• Project management / process improvement skills
