HR & Onboarding Coordinator

Are you immediately available and have experience supporting HR teams and coordinating onboarding processes?

Element Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a growing and innovative organisation to recruit a HR & Onboarding Coordinator to join their busy People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys creating a positive employee experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This varied role and you will see you supporting the onboarding process from offer stage through to induction, while providing wider HR administration support across the employee lifecycle. You must have excellent attention to detail, excellent communication and happy to work in a fast paced and time senstive role. 

The Opportunity

  • Immediate start
  • Initial fixed-term contract with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Managing HR systems and updating employee information
  • Scheduling inductions, meetings and training sessions
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Monitoring shared HR inboxes and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Supporting employee lifecycle administration, including contract changes and leaver processes
  • Maintaining trackers, reports and personnel files with a high level of accuracy
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider People team

About You

  • Previous experience within HR Administration, People Support or Employee Onboarding
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using HR systems and maintaining confidential records
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Professional, approachable and able to build strong working relationships
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable and keen to support a busy team
