HR Business Partner - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are working with a people-centric business in Bristol who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across key divisions, supporting their vision of becoming the most people-focused employer within their sector.

Key responsibilities: 

• Partner with departments across the business to develop and deliver strategic people plans aligned with business needs.
• Support managers in enhancing their teams’ capabilities and signing off on employee-related initiatives.
• Lead on people projects including employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for managers and colleagues.
• Build strong relationships across teams, understanding their needs and drivers.

About you:

• Experience at HR Advisor or Officer level
• A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle
• A proactive approach and excellent relationship-building skills

This role is paying £35,000 per annum, with flexible hybrid working from the Bristol office, 35 hour working week and a fantastic benefits package.
