Element Recruitment are currently supporting a growing Professional Services firm based in central Bristol, in hiring a Permanent HR and Operations Manager. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape the organisation's operational and HR functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Operations with daily operational management.
  • Oversee resource planning, process improvement, and cross-team coordination.
  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage administration, facilities, supplier relationships, and operational reporting.
  • Support organisational change and digital transformation projects.
  • Promote continuous improvements in systems and service delivery.

About you:

  • Be proactive in approach
  • CIPD Level 5+ qualification or equivalent HR experience 
  • Strong organisational skills,
  • Experience in compliance activities such as GDPR
  • A background in professional services or project management is desirable.

Salary £40,000 - £45,000, hybrid working + competitive benefits.
