HR Advisor - Bristol - West

We are working with a growing Engineering and Manufacturing business who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their People Team. This is a newly created, permanent role due to growth so it's an exciting time to join the business! 

As the HR Advisor you will:

• Be the focal point for all HR enquires and will work across the entire generalist remit 
• Support with recruitment and any other employee lifecycle activities.
• Lead and support on employee relation case work to include disciplinary and grievance meetings
• Review and update all HR policies and procedures
• Support on employee well-being and engagement initiatives
• Support the Head of HR on a wide range of projects and assist in the development and implementation of the agreed HR strategy and action plan
• Proactively work with Department Heads to address issues such as absence levels and performance issues, supporting managers to effectively manage this
