HR Advisor (12 month FTC) - Bath

Element Recruitment are working with a leading professional services firm based in Bath who are looking for a HR Advisor to join then on a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established HR Advisor to join a forward thinking business, working in an advisory capacity as well as being involved in a number of exciting projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and advising managers on a a wide variety of HR and ER matters. 
• Effectively managing a variety of disciplinary/grievance processes, providing professional advice to investigating and hearing managers, escalating where necessary.
• Working as part of the HR team on exciting key employee projects 
• Discuss with managers resource needs and liaise with the Recruitment Advisor on sourcing of roles.  Supporting with interviews, issuing contracts and onboarding
• Business partner with managers to ensure best practice HR solutions are implemented and followed

About you:

• A thorough understanding of employment law and policies and ability to use and advise on these in a commercial and pragmatic way
• In depth knowledge of typical HR process and procedures
• Experience in working with HR systems
• Professional, flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to gather, interpret and manage highly confidential and sensitive information

This role is offering a salary of up to £41,000 with a competitive benefits package and hybrid working!
