HR Administrator - Bristol - West

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working for a growing company based in Avonmouth to help them find a HR Administrator. This is a newly created role due to growth, you'll be reporting directly into the HR Manager. This is an exciting time to be joining the company, which you’ll get to be a part of! This is a varied Generalist role with a lot of scope for learning and development.

This is a permanent role paying £20,000 -  £25,000 per annum based

This is an office based role

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Recruitment - advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews, checking right to work documents, references etc
  • Being the main POC for updating and maintain the new HR system and creating any reports
  • Onboarding process for all new hires
  • Preparing contracts, contract changes, starters / leavers
  • Any project work that comes up
  • Any other ad hoc work to support the HR Manager as required

You will need:

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • Solid administration experience
  • Worked in a HR Admin role for 1+ years
  • Recruitment Admin experience (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to meet deadlines
