Element Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy Human Resources team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in HR, with hybrid working available.

This will suit you if you have excellent attention to detail, a solid administrator and super organised.

£24,000

6 month FTC

Mainly remote working (1 day per month in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing starter paperwork
  • Help arrange interviews and support recruitment administration
  • Prepare basic HR documentation such as letters and contracts
  • Respond to routine HR queries and redirect as appropriate

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous office or administrative experience (HR experience not essential)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn and develop within an HR environment
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
