Are you an experienced Adminisrator? Have you worked in Construction or Utilities? 

Element Recruitment are supporting a large and growing company in Avonmouth who are in need of an Administrator. As Service Administrator you’ll be assistant the department with general administration support, providing quotations, speaking to engineers and customers. You’ll have excellent communications skills as well as good attention to detail.

The company is growing, and you will want to grow with the company as its an ever-changing environment.

Salary;  £26,000

Location: Avonmouth

Job type: Full Time, office based

Duties include:

  • Booking jobs on to the in-house system for engineers and technicians
  • Preparing quotations
  • Data entry
  • Providing updates to customers and answering queries
  • Any other ad hoc duties

What we need from you:

  • Strong Administration / Customer Service Administrator experience
  • Ideally have worked in transport or construction (desirable)
  • Hire Desk experience (desirable)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to multi task
  • Great attention to detail
