Helpdesk Coordinator - Weston-Super-Mare (Office-Based)
 

We’re working with a well-established organisation in the equipment and services sector to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator for their busy and growing support team based in Weston-Super-Mare.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong background in customer coordination or service desk roles. You'll be supporting key clients, managing incoming requests, and coordinating responses across departments to ensure service is delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requests via phone and email
  • Coordinate internal teams to respond to service needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Schedule and track ongoing support or service tasks, keeping clients updated throughout
  • Manage and update systems with accurate job, contract, and invoicing information
  • Build relationships with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Liaise with operations, logistics, and support teams to streamline communication

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or coordination-based role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident, professional communication style (written and verbal)
  • Ability to stay calm and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with industry-specific systems is a bonus
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
