Head of Finance | Bristol | hybrid working | c.£70,000 - £90,000 DOE + 10% bonus

I'm delighted to be partnering with an SME international, services business to support in their search for a Head of Finance. This a business with a small group structure going their an exciting period of growth. Reporting into the CFO, this will be a wide ranging role with the successful person playing a pivotal role in both the financial health of the business, and the strategy and direction of the business moving forward.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Play a key role in the profitability analysis and financial strategy
• develop and implementing accurate and efficient processes for all financial activity
• Supervise financial reporting, monitoring accounts, activity reports and financial forecasts as required by internal and external stakeholders
• oversee the accounting functions and review monthly management accounts packs and year-end statutory accounts
• Attending board meetings as and when required
• Supporting the annual budget and cash flow forecast
• Manage a small team

Your Profile:

• ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong IT skills with Excel and ERP systems
