Group Accountant - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a fast growth technology business as they look to engage with a Group Accountant to manage their consolidation activities, due to exciting growth through acquisition. 

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, this role will manage all of the group consolidated accounting activities as well as working with key senior stakeholders throughout the business, with significant engagement outside of finance. You will also work closely with the group reporting team in coordination of the half year and full year statutory accounting requirements, including liaison with external advisers and auditors. There is also the opportunity for additional project work as a result of continuous business improvement initiatives.

This role would be suitable for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant at Manager grade within an Accountancy practice, or qualified having had significant group accounting exposure, with 2-3 years post qualified experience. You will be a highly skilled user of Microsoft Excel and experience of using a large finance ERP system. You will adopt a can-do attitude and an open approach to change and development, as the business continues to grow.
