An international and award-winning software solutions organisation in Bristol is seeking a Global Business Partner. Working closely with Finance and Global Product VPs, you will manage royalty contract maintenance and pricing strategy. There will be minimal supervision, so we are seeking someone self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively with remote / international stakeholders. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure accurate pricing and royalty calculations are maintained. Producing monthly and quarterly royalty reports for third-party licensors, ensuring accurate reporting of sales and royalties payable. Also you will be a Key player in the implementation of the new royalty calculation process.
     
  • Management of the global pricing policy. This will include ensuring accurate price lists and product codes are maintained. Regular reviews of actual selling prices against list prices regionally and implementing price approval protocol, if required. You will also implement sensitivity analysis around regional pricing strategies.
     
  • Work closely with Product VPs and Product Managers to help them understand key customer and regional insights on their products, including causes of attrition. Partner with finance to support accurate accounting. Conduct quarterly catch ups with stakeholders to compare third party revenue against third party costs and work with VPs on contract renewals, providing prompts when key dates are upcoming.
     
  • Ownership of end-to-end sales and license key delivery process. Ensuring CRM is set up to maintain accurate sales and royalty calculations. Create process documentation of end-to-end royalty calculation process for each supplier. Understand full sales cycle, from Opportunity to Quote to Invoice and License key delivery and royalty payment. Identify key areas of improvement, and train regional teams as required to ensure sales process is followed. 

Your Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM, ideally Sales Force
  • Ideally experience working with Finance and Legal
  • Proactive, strong communicator. Good Stakeholder Management. 

This is a newly created role. The expectation will be 3-4 days in the office, and for this reason we are looking for someone who lives in a commutable distance. There is no parking, but there is bike storage and showers.
