FP&A Business Partner - Bath

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a private equity backed, high growth business in their search for an FP&A Analyst/Business Partner to join their changing business in a new role.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will be pivotal in providing value added analysis, insight and management information against the business performance, whilst business partnering with key stakeholders on operations and providing key performance data to the group's owners. You will also support the wider finance team on occasion during peak periods such as month, quarter or year end. 

You will be a recently qualified accountant (0-2 years PQE) with either an audit background, with some analytical experience or having progressed organically through the CIMA/ACCA qualification with business partnering, MI and analysis experience. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is required, together with an enjoyment of speaking to both financial and non financial stakeholders.

You'll be paid a competitive salary in line with the current market, working for a high growth, private equity backed business which will provide a lot of exposure to multiple areas of the business across finance and operations. The business are currently operating a flexible working policy, of 2 days per week in the office with parking on site.
