The Opportunity We are working on behalf of a well-established car dealership in Bristol that is growing quickly and looking to add a Fleet Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator to join a business with a solid reputation and ambitious plans for the future.
The Role Reporting to the Fleet Manager and working as part of a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include: • Processing fleet orders, renewals and returns accurately and on time • Maintaining vehicle and customer records on internal systems • Liaising with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries and collections • Preparing documentation including invoices, purchase orders and handover packs • Supporting the Fleet Manager with reporting and general administration • Handling phone and email enquiries professionally
What We're Looking For • Previous experience in an administrative role • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills • Confident communicator, written and verbal • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel • A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience in the automotive or transport sector is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
