Element Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and highly reputable Wealth Management firm based in Bristol to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in financial services administration who enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners while helping to deliver an exceptional level of service to a broad client base.

The Role

In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring that both new and ongoing client services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You’ll be an integral part of the team, helping to maintain strong client relationships while supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating and booking client meetings
  • Preparing meeting packs and supporting client review processes
  • Maintaining and updating accurate client records within internal systems
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
  • Handling new business processes and documentation
  • Liaising with providers and assisting with queries
  • Managing workflows, task lists, and shared inboxes
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards

About You

  • Previous experience within a financial services administration role is essential
  • Strong understanding of financial services processes and products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident, professional, and personable approach when dealing with clients
  • Motivated and eager to develop a long-term career in financial services
