Financial Performance and Analysis Manager - Cheltenham

Due to recent transformation projects, we're recruiting a Financial Performance and Analysis Manager. You'll have previous commercial finance experience and have ideally lead teams previously. This is an exciting time as they travel through another transformation programme. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop management information and dashboards on key financial performance indicators
• Deliver regulatory reporting 
• Develop and maintain the budget and scenario planning models
• Business partner with key stakeholders, providing insightful data 
• Lead the budget and forecast process, financial performance reporting
• Assist in commercial decision support and planning process
• Provide transparency and understanding of margins and value drivers

Your Profile:

• Strong commercial finance experience 
• You'll have been in a business partnering / FP&A role previously 
• You'll be confident in communication
• Self Starter
• Able to drive change
