Financial Controller - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working in retained partnership with a unique finance consultancy, who are looking to hire a Financial Controller at an exciting stage in their business journey.

This is a crucial hire for the business, who are looking for a qualified accountant with 1-3 years post-qualified experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to exciting high growth business clients, offering outsourced finance and strategic advisory services, while collaborating closely with the internal senior leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).

• A natural communicator who excels at building strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Strong technical proficiency with a commercial, analytical mindset to support business growth.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: Up to £57,000 (dependent on experience).

• Location: Bristol (Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office on average).
