Financial Accounting Manager - Plymouth

Our client is seeking a dedicated Permanent Financial Accounting Manager to join their team in Plymouth. • Support the Senior Financial Accounting Manager and CFO in delivering accurate financial statements and compliance with IFRS, FRS, and statutory obligations.
• Prepare group and company financial statements, assist in audits, and manage tax submissions including VAT, Corporation Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a finance business partner, collaborating with key departments and modernising financial processes.
• Ensure lease accounting compliance and provide insightful financial analysis.

• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with 1-2 years PQE.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and supporting consolidations.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, process implementation, and lease accounting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software.
