Financial Accountant | £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits | Gloucester (3 days hybrid)

The successful Financial Accountant will be technically strong, detail-orientated and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged.

Responsibilities will include:

• Production of statutory accounts, tax packs and compliance reporting
• Manage IFRS 16 and lease accounting
• Assist in identifying and implementing control based improvements to systems and processes
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process
• Support the production of management accounts including the consolidation process

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
• Strong technical knowledge
• Previous audit and statutory reporting experience highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills
